I have just made payment for the Sewer Diversion and just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you for the works carried out by Gary and the team 2 weeks ago.
All members of the team were polite and considerate of our privacy and space during their time here and got on the work without any issue. They worked extremely hard during the week and have done a fantastic job of putting in a very well built sewer. They have also left our garden in a better state than when we started! A brief note to say thank you for the work your company undertook to install the new dropped kerb and driveway access ramp at our house in Mayland.
From the outset you were clear about the options available for our new driveway, the likely timescale, explaining the process and the steps your team would take to make sure the installation work didn’t inconvenience our neighbours, which could not be said for another contractor I’d contacted.
Thanks to your office for coordinating licence agreements to enable the work to go ahead.
Our neighbours are happy that the work was no trouble for them, and we're all pleased with the neat new dropped kerbs and ramps. Above all, I’m grateful to you for being there on the phone whenever I had a question, and especially for accommodating my last minute request to save the bush in the way of the access ramp that I wanted to keep but hadn't got round to digging up myself. It’s now doing well in its new location in the back garden. A big thanks to your team who did all the hard work, without leaving any mess in the street.

Just wanted to drop you a note to say thankyou for all of your support with our new sewer connection. As you are aware we had many months of false starts with this and increasing stress over the failing cess pit.
Your support and practical solution was a breath of fresh air and I do appreciate your help with Southern Water re the connection application. We would also like to pass on our thanks to the crew who carried out the installation - they were brilliant! The week started with torrential rain and ended in a heatwave- they worked non stop despite the rainy/hot weather, we were particularly impressed with the care they took on our neighbours driveway. Just wanted to say a big thank you to you and your team for the works carried out at Bekeswell House.
The easement, section 50, commons consent and other legal / paperwork made the application very stressful but the organisation and work carried out by Bardwells was outstanding.
From yourself and Matt assisting with the section 50 application onwards all communication and planning has been clear and helpful.
Id like to thank Rob and his team for the professional, friendly and considerate work that they carried out. They had to work whilst allowing neighbours access and they were very polite and accommodating causing as little disruption as possible. The drainage chambers look great, everything has been tided up and made good and the finish to the road and track looks fantastic, even down to the detail of adding grass seed to the top soil on the verge. I'm amazed they got that much work done in such a short amount of time.
Il be sure to recommend Bardwells in the future and will use you again if the need arises.

Apologies for being communicated this e-mail earlier but I been attending a training course for the three days. The reason for this email is to give feedback on the work completed at NTL. As a QHSE / Facilities Manager it is reassuring when you work alongside companies that have the same work ethics and provide an excellent service that can be relied upon, trouble free and with minimal business interruptions.
From the first site visit looking at NTL requirements and proposal, to the mandatory documents (RAMS, Insurance etc.) through the completion of the work by Rob and his team. They all worked in a methodical manner, with good housekeeping of materials and equipment, RAMS adhered to (as you area aware all RAMS have to be evaluated by the Client who has ultimate responsibility of safety and monitoring contractors on site). Nothing was too much trouble for the team who left the site clear in readiness for NTL first thing Monday morning. Please pass on these comments to Paul, Rob and their teams and thank them all for working in a professional manner. I look forward to working with you all in the near future. Regards Gary

I would just like to take the time to let you know how very grateful I am for the excellent work carried out by Ben and Lee on my driveway.
Nothing was too much trouble. They were very professional and extremely helpful. They took the time to explain what they were doing re the extensive drainage works being undertaken. This can be quite stressful for the lay client, but their attitude was always reassuring, positive, patient and polite.
Having finished a refurbishment programme I am acutely aware not all professionals work to the same standards. Ben and Lee truly were the ultimate professionals on my job. Thanks so much to them both.
